People come to counselling for a variety of reasons
Perhaps life has taken a dip of late. You may feel low or depressed, be struggling with a relationship issue or trying to deal with rising anxiety related to work. Sometimes past events just will not go away, however hard we try to “put them out of our mind”.
Anger, fears and anxieties can disable all of us from moving forward in our lives, regardless of where these fears come from. Counselling can help you.
In my counselling practice I offer you an opportunity to work through your issues, in a private relaxing environment at my consulting space in Bideford, Devon.
I also offer online counselling, for those for whom a regular, face to face meeting is difficult. I offer flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends. You can discuss whatever you want with me, be it from your past, present or concern about the future and the future of others.
At our first session, which will last an hour, we will explore your needs and discuss practical arrangements such as future sessions. It is important that you feel at ease with your counsellor, so there is no pressure to book a series of appointments.
If you are new to counselling, you may find it helpful to read the experiences of previous clients who kindly agreed to write about their story and allow me to publish it here. Their identities have been changed to protect their privacy.
Whether you've been striving or just surviving it doesn't have to stay like this. Call or e-mail me, and together we can find a way to help you thrive.
